The complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Glyptotendipes tokunagai</i> (Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Chironomidae)
Abstract
We present the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of <i>Glyptotendipes tokunagai</i> in this study. This circular genome encompasses 15,241 base pairs and exhibits a high AT content of 77%. It contains a total of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, and 2 ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes.
