Search by keyword, topic, or author. Filter to papers with a hosted PDF. Topics include genome assembly, transcriptomics, metagenomics, basecalling, and long-read sequencing.
For authors
Upload a PDF and fill in the metadata. We review submissions before they go live. Methods papers, applications, and reviews are all welcome.
Sign in with ORCID to verify who you are. If your open-access work is already in our library, sign in once and it links to your account.
Open access
Papers stay free to read. We show the license, link the DOI when we have one, and host the PDF when we can.
