The genome sequence of the Small Fan-footed Wave moth, Idaea biselata (Hufnagel, 1767)
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual male specimen of Idaea biselata (Small Fan-footed Wave; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Geometridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 424.30 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.24%) is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.33 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 11,310 protein-coding genes.
