The genome sequence of the Mountain Dappled White, Euchloe simplonia (Boisduval, 1828) (Lepidoptera: Pieridae)
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a male specimen of Euchloe simplonia (Mountain Dappled White; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Pieridae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 397.32 megabases and 398.10 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (99.26%) is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.23 kilobases.
