The genome sequence of the Dark-triangle Button moth, Acleris laterana (Fabricius, 1794)
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a male specimen of Acleris laterana (Dark-triangle Button; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Tortricidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 574.76 megabases. Most of the assembly (98.1%) is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.58 kilobases. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 13,435 protein-coding genes.
