The genome sequence of the Alpine Zephyr Blue, Kretania trappi (Verity, 1927) (Lepidoptera: Lycaenidae)
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of Kretania trappi (Alpine Zephyr Blue; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Lycaenidae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 683.81 megabases and 597.58 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (98.36%) is scaffolded into 20 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the W and Z sex chromosomes. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.35 kilobases.
