The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of <i>Kolla paulula</i> from Taiwan
Abstract
The circular mitochondrial genome of <i>Kolla paulula</i>, an insect vector of <i>Xylella fastidiosa</i> causing grape Pierce's disease (PD) in Taiwan, is 14,575 bp. The genome encodes genes for 13 proteins, 2 ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and 22 transfer RNAs (tRNAs).
