Genome assemblies for <i>Pyricularia</i> species and related genera isolated from diverse host plants
Abstract
We report the availability and preliminary analyses of genomic resources for 35 fungal strains representing <i>Pyricularia</i> and related genera. These data will provide new insights into genome expansions, as well as mechanisms driving colonization of new plant hosts.
