Draft genome sequence of the peptaibol producer <i>Trichoderma asperellum</i> TRC-03

We present the genome sequence of <i>Trichoderma asperellum</i> TRC-03, an isolate obtained from an agricultural soil and whose capacity to produce peptaibols was previously demonstrated. The <i>Trichoderma</i> genome showed a size of 36,213,208 bp and a total of 55 metabolic genes related to peptaibol biosynthesis.
