Draft genome sequence of <i>Lentzea</i> sp. H45 from high-altitude Atacama Desert soil
Abstract
We report the draft genome sequence of <i>Lentzea</i> sp. H45, an extremotolerant actinobacterium from high-altitude Atacama Desert soil, producing anti-HIV-1 integrase lentzeosides. The genome comprises 8.7 Mbp with 70.9% GC content and harbors 34 biosynthetic gene clusters, including a putative oligosaccharide cluster for lentzeoside biosynthesis.
