Draft genome sequence of <i>Kluyveromyces marxianus</i> MCHA
Abstract
The complete genome sequence of <i>Kluyveromyces marxianus</i> strain MCHA was obtained using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies. The genome comprises nine scaffolds, corresponding to the eight nuclear chromosomes and the mitochondrial genome.
