Draft genome sequence of <i>Halomonas sulfidivorans</i> SD01 isolated from salt farm
Abstract
The draft genome sequence of <i>Halomonas sulfidivorans</i>, a halophilic bacterium from the class Gammaproteobacteria, isolated from the experimental salt farm of CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar. Genomic analysis reveals the presence of genes involved in the synthesis of polyhydroxybutyrate.
