Complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Aphlugiolopsis trapeziformis</i> (Orthoptera: Tettigoniidae: Meconematinae)
Abstract
In this study, we determined and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Aphlugiolopsis trapeziformis</i>. The mitogenome of <i>A. trapeziformis</i> (length: 16,766 bp) is double-stranded circular. It contains the 37 typical mitochondrial genes (13 protein genes, 22 tRNAs, and two rRNAs) and a large non-coding region, an A-T rich region.
