Complete genome sequences of two <i>Campylobacter bilis</i> isolates from layer chickens with spotty liver disease

<i>Campylobacter bilis</i> has been reported as a second causative agent of spotty liver disease, which leads to liver necrosis, increased mortality, and decreased egg production in laying hens. Here, we present the first two complete genome sequences of <i>C. bilis</i> isolates from commercial layer chickens from the United States.
