Abstract

We report the complete genome sequence of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria strain WSM3457. The genome consists of a single 7.1 Mbp chromosome, with phylogenetic and average nucleotide identity comparisons indicating the strain is <i>Pseudomonas protegens</i> WSM3457.
