Complete genome sequence of <i>Bacillus xiamenensis</i> B0331, a polycaprolactone (PCL)-degrading bacterium isolated from dumpsite soil in Bay, Laguna, Philippines

We report the complete genome sequence of a polycaprolactone-degrading <i>Bacillus xiamenensis</i> B0331, comprising a 3.78 Mb chromosome and three plasmids (94.67, 6.48, and 5.99 kb). The strain was isolated from dumpsite soil in Bay, Laguna, Philippines.
