Complete genome sequence of a <i>Desulfovibrio legallii</i> clinical isolate, GTC18478, from Japan
Abstract
We report the complete genome sequence of a clinical isolate of <i>Desulfovibrio legallii</i> obtained from a human patient in Japan. The genome consists of a 2,750,737-bp circular chromosome.
